Coactive Science has raised a pre-seed round led by Firestreak Ventures with participation from Walter Kortschak. Coactive builds geospatial AI foundation models that fuse satellite, aerial, and on-site data to deliver continuous monitoring and early-warning insights for aquaculture and critical-infrastructure operators. This funding accelerates our model roadmap and customer deployments across the USA, and parts of Europe and Asia, while expanding our footprint across AI data centers and on-site data-collection infrastructure.

Firestreak backs builders at pre-seed and seed across AI/ML infrastructure and applications, with portfolio companies such as Spline, Superlinked, Permit.io, and BotCity. Walter is a longtime Summit Partners investor whose prior board roles and investments include E-TEK Dynamics, McAfee, SpaceX and Palantir.
